Looks so cute in my front garden and it's sturdy too!

From a company called Doodle Gnome comes Cat Gnome. This cute garden kitty stands 12" Tall, so he's basically life size. The Cat Gnome is black with a conical purple gnome hat pulled down just over his eyes. The details on the cat's face reveal whiskers and a sly kitty smile (hey I think our dog smiles!). The details are done so well that each hair on the cat's coat stands out. The gnome weighs just enough to sit in your garden and not be blown away, but if you live in a windy area he may be blown over on gusty days. Our gnome kitty is indoors and guards the fireplace. The Cat Gnome is adorable and guests always remark on it. I'm not a gnome person and don't have them spread throughout our garden and flower bed, but Cat Gnome is changing my mind. I can see an amusing tableau with Cat Gnome, a dog gnome, and some gnome hijinks happening. I'm going to use some acrylic paint pens on Cat Gnome 's hat and decorate it with magical or alchemical signs. For now our gnome cat is destined to guard the fireplace through summer and spooky season. Really cute idea and a darling detailed gnome for gnome lovers, cat lovers, garden fanciers and Halloween devotees.Note: beware the styrofoam packing beads. I just noticed Cat Gnome still has a couple of pieces on his feet two months later lol

If your a Golden Retriever person, you need this. You don't really need it, but its so damn cute, you do. Its only 11.5 inches high, but its a gnome its suppose to be small!

I got this black cat garden gnome as a gift for my sister. She loves cats and she has a black cat. She also love spending time in her yard where she has a lot of beautiful flowers and some yard decor that she’s collected over the years. I thought that it would be a really cute idea and also a funny idea to get her a garden gnome that happens to be a black cat wearing a garden gnome hat lol so cute! I thought it was very Punny! ;) she loved it! It made for a great gift and it was very well-made. It was also surprisingly lightweight, I thought that it would be much heavier, but it was fairly light. The colors on the garden gnome were beautiful. there was no chips or cracks no patchiness in the paint. It was made very well. I highly recommend this garden decor. It makes for a great gift!

I like this cat gnome a lot, a perfect decoration for a cat lady's small garden. It's a good weight that doesn't tip over in the wind easily, but it's also not to heavy either. Jut have the vacuum ready when you open it, Styrofoam does get everywhere.

This item came quickly and was well packaged. It comes incased in Styrofoam so be prepared for the little foam beads that will inevitably get everywhere.I received the black cat. I was honestly surprised by how realistic the fur looks. I think it's very sweet. It seems to be solidly made. I am terrible with identifying materials. I do not think it's plastic. A resin maybe? It's heavy enough to stay up on its own. Maybe not against a really strong wind gust but so far, it's fine. I do have it nestled away in the garden where it will be fairly well shielded from the wind. Only time will tell for how well it holds up in the elements. We live in a subtropical environment. I will keep an eye on it and edit my review if it does poorly outdoors. I've only had it a couple of days. It's nestled between my ginger lilies and ferns so it will get plenty of light and rain to test its resilience.I hope this helps.

This is a good resin item The hand painting is great but there was about a half inch blemish on the front of ours. It is lighter than most gnomes and other garden tchotchkes.

This little kitty gnome is adorable. It's a bit lighter weight than my other gnomes, so it may blow over in the highest winds, but it's have to be a hurricane for it to blow away.The paint is good quality and has already made it through a few rainstorms. Sizing listed is accurate - it's about the size of a real cat.

Very cute and heavy statue. It looks good in the front yard and has held up well so far through a couple storms. Be careful opening-the whole thing was covered in little pieces of styrofoam.

We have an aunt that loves both gnomes and cats, so this was perfect. Stands tall enough to fit into a garden bed, and heavy enough to not easily tip over. Paint quality is good with no chips or missing parts. The only thing I'd like would be maybe to have some kind of accent solar lighting, but that's a small gripe.
